All orders ship USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail and include tracking information. When your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We ship orders the same day or within one day of order receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be shipped out until the next business day.
We ship international orders USPS First Class Mail and delivery time is generally 14-21 days. USPS First Class mail offers limited tracking ability. We have no control over international shipping times with first class packages, and we cannot provide further tracking or information, once your package has departed the US. If your package has departed the U.S., but the tracking updates are not continued, please contact the postal service in your country for customs and tracking information.
For time sensitive orders or for more complete tracking through to delivery we also offer USPS Priority International shipping. Delivery time is 6-10 business days (or more depending on customs) and rates can range from $35-65. Please email us directly for specific rates and to place orders with Priority International shipping at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All orders shipped to international locations are subject to the respective country's tariffs and taxes and buyer assumes all responsibility for those charges. Buyers who refuse payment of tariffs will not be refunded for any reason. For further information about your country’s possible fees or tariffs, please contact your local Post Office or Customs agency.
United Surf Brands is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the postal service or customs. If your package says In Transit or Delivered and you have not received it, you must contact USPS or your domestic postal service to inquire and file a claim.
Currently, United Surf Brands does not offer backordering.

United Surf Brands is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it within 30 days - in the condition you received it for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with merchandise tags in place with a valid invoice.

United Surf Brands offers fast and easy returns.
The best way to return items is to use your own shipping method. Email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization number and write it on your invoice. Enclose it with the merchandise. For your security, please insure the package against loss and retain your tracking number. Processing Time for Returns
Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the shipping and processing of your return. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional two to ten business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
